Payme Swiss was founded in 2019 in Switzerland by banking and payment specialists with a mission to meet the payment service needs of businesses and individuals. With a strong focus on security, convenience, and personalization, we have evolved to support the changing demands of various industries. We specialize in white-label and embedded wallet, payment, and card solutions. We’re looking for someone whol oves making things happen. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that involves chasing down opportunities, building relationships, and helping turn great conversations into signed deals. You’ll work with a wide range of industries, from fashion to gaming to financial platforms, and you’ll help brands launch their own tailored financial products with us.

 

You’ll be out in the world too, meeting partners, attending events, and growing our presence across Europe. Ifyou like to travel, enjoy having conversations that lead to action, and want to be part of something genuinely exciting, this is your role.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive our outbound and partnership BD strategy
  • Reach out to brands and platforms across industries like automotive (at head office level, not retail), gaming(e.g. Fortnite-style platforms, not gambling), gym and fitness, kids’w earables, or premium consumer brands
  • Work with our product and design teams to build tailored proposals
  • Represent Payme Swiss at events and private gatherings across Europe
  • Manage deals from first intro to signed LOI and handover
  • Keep an eye on trends and help us stay ahead of the curve
  • Help shape a fast-moving, high-performing commercial team.
Your profile:
  • Solid BD or partnerships experience in fintech, payments, or adjacent industries outlined above
  • A good handle on BaaS, embedded finance, or how modern platforms handle payments
  • You're confident reaching out cold, pitching, and closing
  • Experience working with premium brands or clients is a big plus
  • You’re a self-starter who’s helped new teams or startups gain traction, close early deals, and grow from the ground up
  • Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

  • Performance-based bonus structure including:

- 10% of client setup fees for deals closed

- A share of ongoing client revenue (details to be discussed during interview)

- Because part of the bonus is based on the client’s monthly revenue, your income grows as you close more deals, creating monthly earning potential that scales with every signed client
