Data Analyst

Payme Swiss AG is a Banking as a Service (BaaS) and Embedded Finance startup specializing in innovative payment solutions and infrastructure for B2B and B2C companies, with a focus on affluent clients.

Currently, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team, who will work in a close collaboration with management and key suppliers to ensure reporting on various projects.

Main responsibilities would be primarily in gathering and converting data into insightful analyses and data-driven innovative solutions to ensure strategy execution and delivery of exceptional value proposition and user experience for customers.

• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify behavior patterns, trends, and opportunities for data-driven decisions.
• Reporting, Communication and Documentation: Set up a regular reporting process and effectively communicate analytical information and proposed solutions to various stakeholders.
• Domain Expertise: Utilize knowledge of the financial and tech industry, specifically transactional products and digital banking payments solutions, to provide valuable insights.
• Business Impact Analysis: Business-modelling and running analytical simulations to evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes or new product features on the fintech company's business, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Math or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Business or Data Analyst in the financial sector or related industries
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience of finance modeling
• Ability to write scripts and experience in using SQL is beneficial
• You should be highly detail oriented
• Experience in payment cards industry and working with Mastercard or Visa is a strong benefit
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
• Proficient English speaker.
